Vintage Stratton Floral Enamel Powder Compact

A vintage Stratton powder compact, made in England, featuring a hand-painted enamel lily in soft shades of pink and white against a glossy dark burgundy red background. The floral design is framed by a polished yellow metal mount, giving the compact a classic mid-century look.

The reverse is decorated with Stratton's engine-turned star pattern and is stamped "STRATTON – MADE IN ENGLAND." Inside, the compact retains its mirror, original powder compartment, powder puff and fabric pouch, making it a well-preserved and complete example.

Stratton, based in Birmingham, England, was one of the country's best-known manufacturers of quality powder compacts during the mid-20th century. Their compacts are still appreciated today for their practical design and decorative finishes.
