Vintage Sterling Silver and Violet-Blue Crystal Pendant

An attractive vintage sterling silver pendant featuring a large, 9mm round, faceted violet-blue crystal, bezel-set within a substantial, circular silver mount. The richly coloured crystal displays beautiful shades of deep blue and violet, catching the light through its numerous facets. The stone is surrounded by a series of polished, concentric silver borders, creating a bold, stepped design with a distinctly architectural character. A broad, triple-ribbed pendant loop complements the substantial setting and allows the piece to be worn on a variety of chains or cords. The silver is stamped '925', indicating sterling silver.
