Vintage 12ct Gold-Filled Shell Cameo Pendant Necklace

This elegant vintage necklace features an oval shell cameo pendant depicting the profile of a classical lady, hand-carved in relief from layered shell. The cameo is mounted in an ornate 12ct gold-filled frame with a decorative beaded border and suspended from a matching fine gold-filled chain.
