Sterling Silver Resin and Marcasite “Butterfly” Drop Earrings
The modern, sterling silver drop earrings each have a pole and butterfly, with an open, marcasite-studded, oval on the front. A silver butterfly with wings, set with coloured resin, is mounted onto the oval. There are three joined, small, marcasite-studded elements attached near the top of the oval. The earrings and butterflies are marked “925”.
