Large Vintage Goldtone and Enamel Monet Earrings

The large earrings are each crafted in goldtone, a non-tarnished yellow metal alloy, in an approximate Reuleaux-triangular shape, and decorated in a black, red and beige enamel motif. The back of each earring is set with an omega clip and pin. The clip is stamped “Monet”. “Monet” is the brand name of a manufacturer of quality designer costume jewellery. The name was established in 1937 in Rhode Island, USA. The Company has passed through various owners and production of jewellery continues to the present day.
