18ct Yellow Gold, Smoky Quartz and Diamond Dress Ring

The 18ct yellow gold dress ring is set with an elongated oval, checkerboard, mixed-cut smoky quartz (approximately 5ct). To either side is set a row of four round brilliant-cut diamonds (eight in total, approximately 0.01ct each). The shank is shaped and has openwork sides. The ring is stamped “Italy” and has been electronically scanned and confirmed to be 18ct yellow gold.
