Vintage 9ct Gold, Blue Spinel and Diamond Brooch and Earrings

The vintage blue spinel brooch and matching earrings are in 9ct yellow and white gold. There are no marks but the metal has been electronically scanned and tests as 9ct gold.

The brooch is claw-set with 1 x synthetic, emerald-cut, blue spinel (circa 15.8mm x 12mm / 13ct), and pavé-set with the following 18 round brilliant-cut diamonds, with a combined weight of circa 4.19ct (all VVS-VS clarity, colour G-H):

2 x 0.43ct

1 x 0.36ct

12 x 0.20ct

The earrings are claw-set with 2 x synthetic, emerald-cut, blue spinel (circa 12mm x 10mm / 6ct each), and pavé-set with the following 36 round brilliant-cut diamonds with a combined weight of circa 2.29ct (all VVS-VS clarity, colour G-H):
