The vintage, 14ct yellow gold dress ring has an oval, domed head with sides that have textured, ribbed and pierced decoration. The ring is set with a central, round-cut, sapphire (approximately 4.65mm diameter – circa 0.45ct; deep blue; slight inclusions and age-appropriate wear) and six round old-cut diamonds (approximately 0.06ct total). The ring is marked “585”.
