Vintage Silver and Marcasite Necklace
The vintage, mid-20th Century necklace has a three-element, hinged, centrepiece which is marcasite studded. The outer two elements have a fan-shape attached to a floret. The central element has three fan-shapes attached to a floret. The centrepiece is suspended from a silver snail chain with a bolt ring closure. The necklace is marked “935”, which means that it is made of 93.5% silver – slightly higher grade than sterling silver.
