The vintage silver brooch is oval, and is set with an oval, cut amethyst-coloured crystal (approximately 25mm x 25mm x 8mm – circa 12ct). The crystral is tube-set into a surround decorated with an applied twist-wire element. The brooch has a silver needle. The brooch is marked “SILVER”.
