Vintage "Screwpull" Corkscrew
 
The modern corkscrew is made of a white plastic with a steel worm. This is the original design self-pulling corkscrew, invented by Screwpull ® in 1979 by Herbert Allen and has the words “Patented and Pat Pend” stamped above and below the Screwpull logo.  It is a self-pulling corkscrew for effortless bottle opening. It is on a white plastic base with original clear plastic cover (cover has some age-related wear and slight damage). Screwpull is now owned by Le Creuset.
