Vintage 18ct Gold, Ruby and Diamond “Bunny” Brooch
The vintage 18ct yellow gold novelty brooch is in the shape of a bunny rabbit. The bunny has a roughly textured front that creates the impression of fur. The bunny has two round-cut rubies (circa 0.2ct total) set into the eyes. The bunny has a ribbon round its neck with a bow to one side. The bow is rhodium-plated, and the knot of the bow is set with a small round-cut diamond (circa 0.01ct). The brooch is marked indistinctly “750” and has been electronically scanned to confirm that it tests to be made of 18ct yellow gold.
