Vintage 14ct Gold, Ruby and Sapphire Dress Ring
The vintage, 14ct yellow gold dress ring has a conical head; with a pierced decorated underside, and is claw-set with 25 round-cut natural rubies (in tiers of 1 x circa 0.22ct; 8 x 0.075ct; and 16 x 0.16ct – making a combined total of circa 3.38ct ruby). Two of the tiers of rubies are separated by a tier of 12 round-cut natural blue sapphires (circa 0.15ct each - making a combined total of circa 1.8ct blue sapphire). The ring is unmarked but has been electronically scanned and tests as 14ct yellow gold.
