Large Handmade Silver, Diamond, and Pearl Dress Ring
The large, handmade, silver dress ring is set with an ovoid, slightly baroque, fresh water pearl (white with very good lustre and no significant blemishes), surrounded by an open-work, shaped setting which is claw-set with a melee of 48 round, old brilliant-cut diamonds, ranging in weight from about 0.015ct to 0.03ct. The diamonds weigh circa 0.80ct total. The ring is unmarked but has been electronically scanned and tests to be approximately sterling grade silver.
