The antique 14ct gold bar-brooch, with gold needle, is made up of a horseshoe, set with 13 natural seed pearls (circa 2mm diameter) mounted on a miniature stick with twisted shaft and ribbed, knobbed head. The brooch is unmarked but has been electronically scanned and tests to be 14ct yellow gold.
