The modern 9ct white gold ring has a pierced front. The ring is set with 15 diamonds. There is a central round, brilliant-cut diamond (6.0mm x 6.0mm x 3.5mm – 0.78ct; colour N; clarity VVS2). The central diamond is flanked by four baguette step-cut diamonds (3.0mm x 1.5mm – circa 0.05ct each; colour I-J; clarity VS-SI). There are a further ten small, round, brilliant-cut diamonds set into the front (circa 0.10ct total; colour I – J; clarity VS – SI). The ring is set with ten round modified brilliant-cut blue sapphires (circa 0.15ct total; lightly included). The ring is marked “375; TIB.
