The modern 9ct yellow gold pendant has a fold-over frame with a fixed tubular bale, and is set with a mabé pearl (circa 17.0mm diameter blister on 30.0mm semi-rippled, flat surround; smooth; very light grey with light pink overtones; strong lustre; no detected blemishes). The pendant is unmarked but tests to be 9ct gold.
