The modern 18ct white gold ring has a bezel claw-set with a step-emerald-cut emerald (approximately 3.8mm x 3.4mm - circa 0.220ct; colour – medium dark, slightly bluish green; eye clean; very good brilliancy; final grade good – JCSA Coloured Stone Laboratory), which is flanked by two claw-set, princess-cut diamonds (approximately 3.7mm x 3.2mm - 0.2110ct and 0.2180ct respectively – colour E/F; clarity VVS2). The ring is marked “750; ZA”.
