Vintage Goldtone Bracelet by Monet
The vintage bracelet, with clip-over closure and safety chain, is made of Goldtone, a gold-coloured metal that imitates gold and does not discolour or tarnish. The bracelet is signed with “Monet” and has a copyright mark on a Goldtone tag attached to the safety chain. The bracelet is made up eight links, each with five, irregular, textured finished, long, tine-like elements, which are linked by plain loops.
“Monet” is the brand name of a manufacturer of quality designer costume jewellery. The name was established in 1937 in Rhode Island, USA. The Company has passed through various owners and production of jewellery continues to the present day.
