The modern sterling silver ring has tube set oval cut green stone, probably a cubic zirconia (11.0mm x 8.5mm – circa 7.0ct). The ring has applied filigree decoration on its shaped shoulders and beaded decoration round the head. The ring is unmarked but tests to be approximately sterling silver.
