Vintage Silver Charm Bracelet with 16 Charms
The vintage charm bracelet is made up of a curb chain bracelet with a padlock closure and 16 silver charms. The chain bracelet is unmarked but tests to be sterling silver. The padlock is marked “SILVE” and tests to be approximately sterling grade silver.
The charms are:
- Ballerina, marked “SILV”. Circa 32mm long.
- Three quarter round Swiss cheese marked “SWITZERLAND”. No silver marks. Circa 21mm long.
- Man with hat and jacket. No silver marks. Circa 34mm long.
- Stork with baby. No silver marks. Circa 20mm long.
- Binoculars. Possible rubbed silver mark. Circa 21mm long.
- Covered wagon. No silver marks. Circa 18mm.
- Peter’s Square, Vatican City. Unclear silver mark on back. Circa 24mm long.
- English six pence – George V – date obscured by punched hole. Circa 1935. 22mm long
- Eagle with spread wings with “NICE” lettering on top. Possible silver marks and “Ciuso”? on back. Circa 23mm long.
- Penknife with slightly exposed blade. No silver marks. Circa 25mm long.
- Appears to be St. Paul’s Cathedral, London – some possible lettering on the back. No silver marks. Circa 26mm long.
- Lion with “LUCERNE” underneath. Marked 800 for 80% silver. Circa 18mm long.
- Dog. No silver marks. Circa 16mm long.
- House in shape of shoe – opens to reveal people inside. No silver marks. Circa 21mm long.
- Sewing machine. No silver marks. Circa 17mm long.
- Saddled horse. Appears to be marked “SILV”. Circa 19mm long.
All charm lengths are ‘as they hang’ including bales. It is possible that some silver marks have been missed. The charms have all been electronically tested and all test to be varying grades of silver.
