The vintage, brooch/ pendant has a high quality, oval, carved, shell cameo (30mm x 22mm), depicting a lady (circa 1900 style), looking to her left. The cameo is tube-set in a 9ct, twisted, yellow gold frame. The brooch has a folding bale so that it can also be worn as a pendant. The frame is marked 9CT. It has a steel pin.
