Vintage 14ct Gold and Shell Cameo Bracelet

The vintage 14ct yellow gold bracelet has five large links, each with a claw-set, finely carved shell cameo (3cm x 2.5cm; each depicting a pretty young lady in 19^th Century style, looking to her left) in a decorative yellow gold frame, with a loop at each of the four corners of the frame. These large links are connected to decorative, open scroll-work links at these corners. The terminating cameo link is fashioned into a concealed box clasp at the rear, with the corresponding clasp tongue, plus additional safety-clip, and at the other end of the bracelet. The tongue is twice-stamped “K14” for 14ct carat yellow gold.
