Vintage 14ct Gold and Gemstone Pendant

The vintage 14ct yellow gold, roughly teardrop-shaped pendant has a small, fixed loop and a hinged V-bale. The V-bale is in the shape of overlapping leaves and is tube-set with a small round, old-cut diamond. The pendant is composed of an assembly of gold leaves and fruit. It is set with two tube-set sapphires. (one is oval-cut 6.2mm x 5.2mm – circa 1.0ct, deep blue; one is round-cut 3.2mm diameter – circa 0.15ct medium blue). There is a round-cut, tube-set aquamarine (approximately 2.9mm diameter – circa 0.10ct). There are three round, old-cut diamonds (one 2.2mm diameter – 0.04ct; two 1.6mm diameter – circa 0.015ct each) set into the pendant. There is also a saltwater pearl set onto the pendant (3.8mm round, light cream, good lustre and with no significant blemishes). The pendant is marked “585” for 14ct gold.
