The modern necklace has a sterling silver lobster-claw closure and five slightly irregular, polished turquoise beads (approximately 14mm x 12mm – circa 25ct total), strung in between 32 porous black, round, lava beads (circa 12mm diameter). The clasp is marked “925” for sterling grade silver.
