The vintage 18ct yellow gold ring has a square-cut deep-blue sapphire (circa 0.41ct) claw-set into a “U”-shaped surround. A diamond (circa 0.05ct each) is set into each shoulder. The ring is marked “18ct” somewhat rubbed; as well as “S41; D10”.
