The vintage 9ct yellow gold and shell cameo brooch has safety chain. The brooch is in the form of an oval shell cameo (40mm x 31.5mm), of a lady in a neo-classical style, carved in somewhat high relief, and set in 9ct yellow gold double-frame surround with bead and triangular motifs at the cardinal points. The frame is marked “9CT”. The needle is steel.
